01About keralam.si

keralam.si is operated by DeeclueDot Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site, joining it or contacting anyone through it, you agree to these terms.

keralam.si is a directory that helps buyers find and contact freelancers and companies in Keralam, and shares information about working, travelling and living in Keralam.

02Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• If you list a company, you must be authorised to act for it.
• You must give true, current information.

03Listings and profiles

• Your content, your responsibility. Everything in your listing must be accurate and your own. Only show work you made or have the right to show.
• Permission to display. You keep ownership of your content. You let us display it on keralam.si and in our promotion of keralam.si (for example social media), for as long as your listing is live.
• Review. We review every listing before it goes live. We can edit a listing for clarity or format, ask for changes, decline it, or remove it.
• No contact details in free listings. Don't put phone numbers, WhatsApp links or email addresses in your about text, work titles or images. Client messages on the free plan come through us.
• Changes and removal. There is no self-service editing yet. Email profiles@keralam.si from the email on your listing and we'll make any edit, addition or removal within 24 hours.

04What "reviewed" and "verified" mean

When we say a listing is reviewed or verified, we mean we checked that the person or company exists, that the portfolio, website and links are real and theirs, and that the contact details work.

It is not a guarantee of skill, quality, pricing, delivery or legal compliance. Please do your own checks before hiring.

05Plans and payments

• Free listing. Listing on keralam.si is free. Client messages come to us and we forward them to your email.
• Direct WhatsApp (₹500 per year). The Connect button on your profile opens a WhatsApp chat with you directly.
• Founding members who join during launch get Direct WhatsApp free for their first 3 months.
• No auto-renewal. We send a payment link. Nothing is charged automatically.
• Prices include or exclude GST as shown on the payment link. We'll publish full payment and refund terms here before paid plans start.
• We can change prices for future periods. Changes never affect a period you've already paid for.

06For buyers

• Check the freelancer or company yourself: portfolio, references, and a written agreement for anything significant.
• Agree scope, price, timelines, payment terms and ownership of work directly with them.
• Pay them directly. keralam.si never asks you to pay a freelancer or company through us.
• Use the contact details you receive only for the enquiry you sent.

07For freelancers and companies

• Reply to enquiries honestly and within a reasonable time, or let the buyer know you can't take the work.
• Use buyer details only to respond to that enquiry. No spam or mailing lists.
• Follow the law in your work, including tax and data protection.

08What you must not do

• Post fake, misleading or copied listings, or pretend to be someone else.
• Spam, harass or mislead other users.
• Scrape, copy or resell listings or data from keralam.si.
• Offer illegal, adult or harmful services.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

We can remove listings and block users who break these rules.

09Discovery Trips, workation and relocation

Our travel, workation, stays and relocation pages are information and introductions. Stays, travel and on-ground services are provided by independent third parties, under their own terms. Visas, permits, insurance and travel rules are the traveller's responsibility. Please check current requirements before you travel.

10Our content and yours

The keralam.si name, design, text and code belong to DeeclueDot Ventures Private Limited. Some photos on the site come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License; they belong to their photographers. Content in listings belongs to the freelancer or company that submitted it.

If you believe something on keralam.si uses your work without permission, email support@keralam.si with details and we'll look into it quickly.

11Disclaimers and limits of liability

keralam.si is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that listings are complete or correct, or that the site will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from work, payments or dealings between buyers and freelancers or companies, or from relying on information on the site. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover us for claims that arise from your own listing, content or conduct on keralam.si.

12Suspension and removal

You can remove your listing at any time by emailing profiles@keralam.si. We can suspend or remove a listing, or stop someone using the site, if they break these terms, receive repeated serious complaints, or if the law requires it.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking to us first, it will be handled by the competent courts in India.

14Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and for important changes we'll email listed freelancers and companies. If you keep using keralam.si after changes, you accept the updated terms.
